This consumer insight is the key driver behind Royal Factory’s Fall 2025 buying strategy, with an emphasis on trend-driven, team-inspired merchandise that balances fashion and function.

Royal Reworked

We source pre-owned Ohio State apparel from graduating seniors and work with our designers to redesign each piece into a trend-driven assortment for the upcoming season. The Fall 2025 buying plan was informed by prior season sales performance and forward-looking trend forecasts. A mock assortment plan is included below in Excel to illustrate the strategy.
