BRAND DEVELOPMENT INTERN
The objective of the Internship is to ensure the Intern gains hands-on experience in all aspects of building and growing a fashion brand. Working directly with the owner, Adiana contributed to:
Merchandising & Buying – assisted with product selection and assortment planning, including a focused project on sourcing and evaluating OSU apparel.
Visual Merchandising – supported in-store displays and learned how product presentation drives sales.
Product Development & Design – contributed to clothing design, upcycling projects, and understanding the production process.
Brand Identity & Marketing – collaborated on social media strategy, website design, and content creation to strengthen customer engagement.
Business Operations – observed and participated in the day-to-day of running a boutique, from inventory flow to brand positioning.
